Every collection includes exclusive use of the estate — the East Garden, the West Garden Patio, the pavilion, and the dining room — together with the table, the cake, and the people who tend your day from first light to last dance — the cuisine and hospitality all kept in-house by The Southern Spread, our own kitchen and hosts, so there is no caterer to find and no vendor to manage. You will remember the vows and the first dance of your marriage; we will keep watch over all the rest. Each collection carries a simple starting price, so you know where a historic Louisiana wedding here begins — and the rest we will shape together in person, at your private showing.

The Elopement
Just the two of you, and the few souls you could not imagine the day without. Say your vows in the East Garden or in the sunlit parlor, before its curved bay of windows — your dearest few close enough to catch every word — then sit down together at a beautifully laid Southern table. Cake, a toast, and an afternoon that belongs entirely to the two of you.
The estate is yours for the day, with a bridal suite and a separate groom's room for dressing, and our hands see to all the setting out and the gathering in. A small wedding, kept with full ceremony — every grace of a grand celebration, drawn close.

Everyone dearest to you, gathered close. The Micro gives an intimate company the full grace of the Caldwell — a ceremony in the garden, dinner and drinks beneath the pavilion or in the dining room, a wedding cake worthy of the occasion, and a coordinator who lets the evening unfold gently, so that you are free to look only at the faces you love.
Tables, chairs, fine linens, the setting out and the clearing away — all of it is tended. You need only arrive, and be married.

The full Caldwell wedding. A ceremony in the gardens, cocktails on the West Garden Patio, dinner and dancing beneath the pavilion — with a curated floral collection dressing the day, a DJ to keep the dancing alive, and an officiant should you wish one. A bridal suite and a separate groom's room give both sides of the aisle a beautiful place to dress, and a calm, unhurried hour before the ceremony.

Dinner by The Southern Spread, our own in-house kitchen, and a wedding cake worthy of the occasion. You build the menu with our kitchen; no outside caterer to find or manage.
Beverage & bar service
The bar is included and handled entirely by our team, from the cocktail hour through the last toast.
Tables, chairs & fine linens
Every table set and every chair placed by our hands — laid before you arrive, gathered in after you have gone.
A coordinator for your day

A complimentary weekday bridal portrait session at the estate — a quiet afternoon in your gown with your photographer, before the day itself arrives.
Curated florals, DJ & officiant With the Signature
Curated floral collections — choose your wedding-party bouquets and centerpieces from our designer collections — a DJ to keep the dancing alive, and an officiant should you wish one, included in the Signature, and available as additions to the Elopement and the Micro. Prefer to bring your own florist? You're always welcome to bring in an outside florist at your own expense.
The Table
The food at a Caldwell wedding is ours. It is cooked and served by The Southern Spread, our own in-house kitchen and hosts — no caterer to find, interview, or manage. You build the menu with us, from a plated Southern supper to a passed reception, and we tend every plate from the first pour to the last slice of cake.

Every couple who books a wedding receives a complimentary weekday bridal portrait session at the estate — a quiet afternoon in your gown, just you, your photographer, the gardens, and the grand rooms. No schedule, no audience, no hurry. An afternoon to fall in love with the place all over again, before the day itself arrives.
Rooms for everyone you love
The Whole Inn
The entire inn — all five guest rooms — can be blocked off for your wedding party or held for guest reservations, keeping your closest people on the estate for the whole weekend.
The Bridal Suite
A bay-window suite for the couple, and a separate groom's room besides — a beautiful place to dress on the morning of the day, and yours again that night.
The Morning After
A continental breakfast greets overnight guests each morning, with a full, made-to-order Southern breakfast available as an add-on — a simple, unhurried way to close the weekend together before anyone heads home.

The East Garden and West Garden Patio for ceremonies and cocktails, an outdoor pavilion for dining and dancing, and an elegant dining room indoors.
Getting ready
A dedicated bridal suite and a separate groom's room, so both sides of the wedding party dress in comfort on site — no morning-of shuttling across town.
Your hours
The estate is yours for the entire day — every collection, from the morning of getting ready through the evening. Music winds down by 11:00 PM out of courtesy to our downtown neighbors.
The rehearsal
A rehearsal time is arranged before your wedding day, so everyone walks it through in advance and the day itself begins already familiar.
The music
Amplified music is welcome, and the dancing is warmly encouraged. Out of courtesy to our downtown neighbors, music concludes by 11:00 PM.
The weather
With gardens, a covered pavilion, and gracious indoor rooms, your day has a beautiful answer for whatever the Louisiana sky decides.
The arrival
On-site parking sits just steps from the gardens, so your guests arrive easily and unhurried.
The calendar
We host a limited number of weddings each season, so that yours is never one of many. Friday and Sunday celebrations enjoy our most inviting rates.

Pick the collection built for your guest count. Complete pricing is shared in person, everything is put in writing, and a signed agreement and retainer hold your date.

We carry the day
On the morning itself, the estate is ready and the work is done. Your coordinator keeps the day; you and your family arrive as guests at your own wedding.
